                                                                    I don't believe this any more today than when I read it yesterday. Using puppies as bait doesn't even make sense. Sharks are attracted to blood, they can sense it from miles away. Shark hunters typically dump buckets of ground up fish, I believe they call it chum, to bring in the sharks. Knowing this, why would anyone use a live dog as bait? Maybe if they cut up the dog into little pieces so the blood was exposed and attracted the sharks, but other then that...

                                                                    And what shark can bite over a full sized 70lb dog in one bite? They would need to bite over the whole dog in order for the hook to catch, and even then, can that little hook really hold a shark of the size it would take to bite over a dog?
