Tho never had any reason to use em - but once! It was a bet where one guy had worked out (scientifically of course!) that a taser would be totally incapable of holding a charge *lol* He just "needed" proof - and he regretted ever asking
He was numbed up very quickly!!
Dunno what the quality is like... they were selected by a law person who supposed to know about em, so probably OK quality.
