However I think this guy selling out is selling because of 2257 and I hope whoever buys this site does check out all the docs through and through before the purchase and just doesnt see those seven figures flashing for 40k.
It doesnt make any sense that someone that makes that kind of cash would sell in the first place let alone the asking price.
