    best tool for screenshots from minidv tapes

    what is the best tool to use to get quality screenshots from minidv tapes, is it just to take screencaps with the raw avi file in SnatchIt also called Frame Shots?

      Final Cut Pro for the Mac does great and also Vegas does decent screen caps.
