    A little story about epass support

    If all the companies i deal with would give me this kind of customer service i would be a happy man.
    Michael and the rest of customer support always helped me super fast!

    New card orders, lost cards cancellations, transaction problems fixed, account limits raised, you name it. I seriously didnt have to ask anything twice.

    Im not sure how so many people seem to have so many problems.

                Honestly without you working as support and without most knowing that you do, I would be almost willing to bet epassporte would have folded by now. In reality aside from you their support is crazy bad and anyone who does not work for them that will not admit that is not that honest.

                  LOL, what a coincidence - Franck bumps his own thread praising epass at 10.50, ........ two minutes later MichealO just happens to be passing by to thank him and to tell us all what a caring company epass really is.

                  Such a pity MichealO can't seem to be so prompt in dealing with threads & questions that call the proffesionism of his company into doubt methinks.

                          I have a hunch about the reason behind some people always stirring shit on epass, but I will keep my mouth shut, since it's just a hunch. I'm sure you figured it out yourself.

                              wow, that's some amazing support there, you mean they lost your card, had some transaction problems, and they ended up fixing it? I wish my bank/credit card company would do the same...
