epassporte / visa electron help needed

how do I get one ? I was told by AFF sales reps I can get one without a problem it would cost me lil money and I dont already need a VISA / Mastercard to apply to get one

now , I just filled out my info, press the button for step 2 , and their they ask me for my CC number ? ? how do I bypass this ? or was the AFF sales rep wrong ?

You need for the sponsor to open the account for you.
You can't open one yourself without a CC

if you become an affiliate of some sponsors they can hook you up with one....i forget which ones though.

The rep wasn't bullshitting - I'm presuming you're already promoting them so what they were saying was that they can get it for you if you promote them. If you plan on using it online to pay for other services that use epassporte, you don't really need to get the physical card (unless you want to withdraw the cash at the ATM) Then you must have the $ 35.00 in the sponsor account for them to pay for the issuance of the card. It takes about 2-3 weeks to get the physical card at home.

Yes I am promoting them, and I asked if they could open it for me because I thought you needed a Visa for it.
