Dear god, that was ages ago - let me look for the thread.
Long story short, they wouldn't even let me on the the flight to Florida!!!!
I will find the thread.... I was not best pleased to say the least.
The US guy said I should write a letter to the US consulate and I will be OK next time.
He actually felt guilty, but just couldn't do anything.
