I want my new site to get a good alexa ranking off the bat. Can I install alexa on a computer and refresh the site from different ips? Can I buy a load of cheap/crap traffic and send it to my site?

not that this is much use, way back when I got started out in adult, I bought cheap and really shit traffic (all asian, zero productivity), but my tgp alexa rank shot through the roof.
not much use, because fucked knows what it was called...but it had a real cheesy blue/white website design, with some stock pics of servers and stuff

install the alexa toolbar on every computer and browser you have, then set the site as the homepage for the browser
