The guy defending the illegal immigrants got off lightly. Illegal immigrants are those who can't get a visa to America, so relaxing the system more means more criminals come in or makes no difference and they still come.

Also reporting the crime doesn't lower the crime rate by much, the reporting is after the crime has been committed. But that escaped him completely.

He couldn't say, stopping more at the border reduces the numbers of illegal immigrants.

Now what does this amount to when t comes to cost? Figure in policing, detection, trials, prison costs. Is it as much as $5billion?

It's not just the cost of labor in wage, it is labor safety laws that would cost them. Something a person who may be deported is unlikely to say anything about. It's slavery of a different type.

So why are minimum wage laws seemingly exempt for these folks... could be yet one other fix. They hire them as independent contractors where labor rules do not apply as a contract and their origin/legal status does not matter.

They have legislated these methods to make it all legal for many of these company's on the idea that nobody wants to do the work.

They are doing everything but the logical because they want it to be this way. no matter what they say for political gain. The right had 2 years to make changes that would be effective and did nothing. How can they speak with authority on the issue now.
It works better politically to do nothing and get donors and blame the left for it.

That is the problem here no matter what they say or how you think about it.

I was referring to my NYC crime statistics and the fact that if you removed all the brown people from NYC you would reduce rapes, robberies, shootings and murders by 93-97%.
