:stop 2257 and non-US based webmasters... some questions...

Here's what I'm seeing, do you think this is correct?

Must have 2257 docs
Person living in the U.S. and hosting in the U.S.

Maybe should have 2257 docs (to keep hosting account)
Person living OUTSIDE of the U.S. and hosting in the U.S.

Not required to have 2257 docs
Person living OUTSIDE the U.S. and hosting OUTSIDE the U.S.

* So let's say you're in the UK and you host in the UK, this should mean you're not subject to U.S. 2257 laws?

* Let's say you're a U.S. Citizen but live (330+ days a year) outside the U.S. and host outside of the U.S. this should mean you're not subject to U.S. 2257 laws?
