Lunesta sleep aid ?????
anyone ever take it ... i take Ambein and my doc gave me this to try ...has anyone used it ... i don't want to feel like shit in the morning ...

Ive had both ambien and lunesta. Ambien still wins hands down. Lunesta made me feel groggy the next morning and plus I did not get the added side effect ambien causes with me which are more vivid dreams.Comment

ambien worked great at first, but stopped working for me completely after a while.
so far, lunesta works pretty good for me and hasn't stopped working, although the 2mg doesn't do shit, it has to be the 3mg...and yes, i hate the taste that stays in your mouth, but if it can get me to sleep, i'll put up with the taste...

Switching bewteen Soma and lunesta works great too. That way you don't get desesitized to them if you switch off every few weeks.Comment

Personally I take a 5mg tablet of ambien (actually a 10mg broken in half) along with a 2.5mg valium (actually a 10mg broken in quarters) together. The ambien brings on sleep and the valium keeps you asleep.
Sometimes I adjust the dosages of either to 10-5, 5-10, 5-5 and so on.
Do not need to use them every night though. It is more like every few nights. Still have not built up any tolerance at all to these. Was my Doctors recommended cocktail.Comment
