                                                      Design is essential to interest the surfer. People mistaken that for requiring a super flashy high quality design. A bare bones, user-friendly, simple design can interest the surfer more than a flashy one if nothing else then it being easier to navigate.

                                                      Content is king for keeping the members you have happy.

                                                          While I agree to a point. Well, the other part of me says that fancy designs bring in affiliates. Affiliates like shiny moving buttons more than surfers do.

                                                                                                              Design attracts the surfer but without excellent content they will not stay. Having an amazing tour is great but without regular updated, fresh, quality content they cancel after their trial is up.
                                                                                                              As for affiliates what they want to see is money going in their bank accounts a program that does not shave, quality content to use in their promos and great retention.

                                                                                                              I'LL conclude by say content is 75% of the deal and design 25%
