I use a Mach3 razor and it works great. Trim it short with scissors first, then shave. Use a moisturizing shaving cream or even hair conditioner works well. Afterwards make sure she puts some oil or lotion on it. And she has to shave every day for a long time after, to make sure the razor burn is all gone.
