That must've been an awesome show. I've seen both bands several times, just not together. I saw the Genitorturers open up for Marilyn Manson at the Cameo Theater in Miami in '93 before Manson exploded, and back then Jen would still pierce anyone that jumped on stage (now you have to sign a waiver before the show). I still have one of the three piercings she did on me that night, my nose piercing

Maybe even before that. It was just an amazing show. Most people didn't realize it was just the members of GWAR playing different instruments. Funny as hell, totally redneck and insulting.
The funniest part was that they did Deep Purple's Highway Star as an encore, and it was totally perfect. Deep Purple would wish they could pull it off that well.
Then they went and got all GWARed up, and did the GWAR show... fun stuff!Comment

Oh wow, I saw them on the 16th of March down in London. I must say their show is fucking awesome, and although the music isn't what i'd usually listen to they're actually suprisingly talented. I know I couldn't play to that level while wearing big fuck off costumes and sweating like a bastard, while being covered in fake blood. Great stuff :DComment

at this show they did a few things
killed a cop after raping him in his ass. killed the pope who was wearing a bunch of swatika's, they killed satan, who just so happened to be wearing the star of david. they also killed osama bin laden. and the a few others things. it was off the hook.
i can honestly say ill die happier having seen GWAR live, what an experience.Comment
