The Cure haven't been good since 1982's Pornography. Maybe 1985's head on the door if you want to really push it. But "Seventeen Seconds" and "Faith" those are some great albums. Too bad they had to get all faggy in the late 80's.

I have a theory that Robert Smith is making a financial push before he retires. First their songs have started to pop up in just about every other commercial over the last two years or so. Then we even had that horrible version of Lovesong on Idol last week (I wanted to punch him through the screen). He is cashing in his chips..or at least that is how it feels.

The Cure played at ULTRA, a huge outdoor Rave 2 weekends ago down here in South Fla.
