Watermark Videos instantly online.

Like youtube only faster its more of a webmaster tool than a surfer tool but could be used as both.

You can upload a video and watermark it on the fly and its converted into flash video for you to download

or

You can point to a file like http://yoursite.com/server/movie.mpg and it does the same as above

or

You can search for videos on the web , watermark and convert them

Upload a video and try it out , it gives you embed code for vbulletin so you can post the link and multiple screencaps at once on gfy or any website

p.s. this is just beta so even though it offers embed code consider it valid for 24 hours as i will flush the demo videos out every day for now. its just an example of quick youtube style converting and watermarking.

p.s.s. it can also do image watermarking but i didnt add it because its a bit confusing to add to a form so for simplicity sake i just left it as is

you cold also provide a better font, from like photoshop, imagemagick can do that.

i built in like 50 fonts to use but they look sloppy , i think im gonna use imagik to do the caps.. the sloppy fonts are just because of the way its re-encoding it , so some videos will look more crisp than others.

for webmasters i will prob keep some version of it up for free. ( not the hosting though unless a host wants to foot the bill for adspace or something )

The idea was just kind of a jumping off point for others who see the potential in the idea.

I think a great idea would just be a simple youtube no frills , that the videos get deleted after a week, so people can upload shit to post on forums myspace type sites. so it would be like a fast moving youtube/mgp

good idea. i just added the backward compatible encoding so you can turn it into file other than flv and next ill add the sizing, should be ready in a few minutes if you wanna try it.

now if you notice one of the features is to search for videos on the web and convert them.. if you had a video site you could use this feature to build a database of videos.. for "filler" so you can just grab and convert say the top 20 videos from a list of keywords

it does.. every video will play 640x480 regardless of its real size ( like on the example it shows after its converted )

np i was actually just working on the tool now..

You may have noticed its changed a bit.. and noticed it change or have some problems as i tweak with it..

Instead of adding the text over the video like it was i made it from a kind of frame template so the text shows up better..

Or you can use your own image watermark.

This thing works awesome as a plugin to rip and watermark youtube videos.

try out the search feature it kicks ass.
