He goes by the name Arbi.. he has been in the bizz (in LA) for couple years now, he has a decent reputation as performer. I think he got started as a swinger/gangbang organizer type thing and then went into content shoots etc. He is pretty good at networking and likes to bang as many girls as possible. He has never worked for me though.
The thing with male performers is not so much their looks.. sure you want some one who looks somewhat good, but more importantly, you need someone who can stay hard, not cum too early, is reliable, gets along with the female talent and director, and probably most important..can fuck the girls in such a manner making it look hot... the male performer (stud) is an extension of the director's direction...usually when men and women fuck, man is dominating thus as a director you tell the male what you want, and he does it..hopefully well.
