The husband does NOT desrve to go to jail. The wife's actions led to the death of another and that's manslaughter.
That dude didn't deserve to die, but should be a lesson to guys thinking about fucking married chicks.

If he had a gun he could have had his wife get out of the truck and call the cops. He could have held the so called rapist at gun point until the cops came. Like I said he had other options. This is a good lesson for men and women. Women should not cry false rape and guys should not just shoot people. Plus don't cheat in Texas, because it is ok if you get shot and killed there.
