Did you even READ the story?
Hubby comes home sees wife in truck with strange dude fucking. He asks what's going on? She cried "rape". He gets his gun and kills the dude.
So if that was you're wife you just stand there and say "Are you lying?"
The husband does NOT desrve to go to jail. The wife's actions led to the death of another and that's manslaughter.
That dude didn't deserve to die, but should be a lesson to guys thinking about fucking married chicks.
