Where in the story did it say she was still in the back of the truck? He found his wife in the back of a truck wearing a robe and panties. If she was being raped, wouldn't the panties be off of her? He could have shot the tires out, he could have beat up the man, he had other options. I don't care what you guys think, there are other answers then murder.
