Which one of you COWARDs are behind the CWS/SpySherrif DRM virus

I downloaded a vid from Shareaza that immediately infected my system upon play. It installed TONS of spyware and installed a trial version of spy sherrif and wont clean my system unless I buy.

So which one of you cowards are behind this?

I'd like to meet you and cut your throat wide open.

Except for .mov files that popup banners/popup pages, much of the p2p promo stuff out there contain spyware/toolbar crap. IST is very prevalent. Typical DRM p2p setup. 1) D/L the wmv 2) load it to play 3) it requests license 4) you see a dialogue box asking you to visit a site or gives you a flash/page that urges you to INSTALL (because IE now prompts you re active x).

Whatever it is it's very very cowardly of them. I was suffering computer problems liek you wouldn't believe this past couple weeks. FInally got that alls traightened out and here I am back tot eh drawing board scanning/removing and manually editing my registry,

who knows if it was copyrighted or not. It was titled soemthing along the lines of nice teen ass or some shit.

And odds are the original copyright owner probably has no idea that their content is being used to infect systems with this bullshit. So who wins? IMHO no one. Spysherrif. Haha have fun. Took me about 6 hours to get rid of it. Its the worst spyware i ever had. There isnt just 1 program that can simply delete it. You need to print out a manual and download like 5 programs and do it step by step including safe mode, rebooting and other crap.

I got the same type of shit from a video clip in a FHG... WMP said I needed a codec, ok... that is when it all happened. And still yet I wake up to close 50 popup windows. Some promoting reputable sponsors. I will be posting the link codes associated with the infection. I doubt this "reputable" sponsor will do anything about these assholes infecting our systems.
