Newb here looking for single model site advice.

create a site with multiple models and only pay them for their time.

I pay as little as I can get away with by the hour or shoot. I always pay the girl in cash and never rip them off. They keep coming back with new girl friends.

Pay by hour, have a sild contract, manage your documents well & never do percentage. Stockpile content in case they bail. As for best places for fresh faces hit me up on ICQ(338702577) I got some ideas for you bud

What i want to know is where are you guys finding the models, specially the just turned 18-19 year olds, fresh new faces. I have searched some of the adult talent websites but nothing solid yet.

I have done some searching on myspace everyday i send out some mail to a new batch of girls. Im still waiting for 2 girls that have not read thier messages yet. One of the girls from last nights batch that was sent out is probably the best one i have sent a message to since i started sending messages out. Still waiting for her to read the message.

Out of the girls i have sent messages to, there has only been one bite and she wanted more info so i gave her that. But never heard from her again so i take it shes not interested.

Really want to know where i can find some of these young hotties that want to do the job.


When i posted on craigs list, i did get a lead she was from out of the area though. But we spoke to her anyway just to see hear her out and maybe learn something.

Anyways she would only do it if she got 40% of the profits she said. Since a single model site is what is planned. Would that be correct 40% of the steak?

Man, this is a loaded question for advice. I will be brief on this, but if you do a search, there have been some good threads of the past.

I would never want to split 30/70% or anything like that unless you had an absolute knock out. Even then I dunno. I do not like the percentage, and maybe it's because I started as a webmaster, and know the amount of work from the site, marketing, maintanence, and all that goes into making sales. Whether doing the promotion, dvd's, or just plain editing.

I prefer to pay them for their time. I pay them a flat fee, and get 5-6 sets from them in a shoot.

As for where to get them. This has been debated time and again. But I'll give you some ideas of the past, and then what I do.

Some have said to check out local alternative papers. Those for small clubs, niches, local talent and so on. Also included would be local chats, and alternative forms of media. Whether you local college bulletin board, or places like that. Ultimately, you are looking for the young crowd in need of quick cash.

Some will go to amateur night at strip clubs, and toss out cards. I find it's easier if you do this, and take a woman with you. They are there to make money during amateur night, and depending on your site, go a lot further than you may be looking for them to go. Having a woman with you will grease it a lot more as a guy talking to them is perceived as trying to get in their pants. A woman not so much so.

If you are balsey, you can always just hand out business cards at local bars, and hang outs or when you see a hottie on the street.

Some also use model/talent places. This has it's pluses. You do not have as many flakes, and other problems you run into with amateurs. They are under obligation to show up via their agreement with the agency.

Now for me, I get them from everywhere. Chat rooms, strip clubs, just 18-25 yr olds in need of money from college, and so forth. I also throw in a bonus for those girls we DO have already to bring in their friends. So if they bring a friend, we flip them a little extra cash for the referral. You exisiting models are the best source to bring in new talent if you are doing it this way.

But depending on where you are, and options available, it takes a bit to get started. But after you get a handful, you can normally pull in some new one's if you use the right motivation(s).

I shoot girls in Orlando and can help you find some in your area, C.L. is a waste of time imo... I do the same as the other guy pay cash and NEVER do a percentage, treat them fair and they'll bring back friends.

You got it brotha. Pay them at time of shoot. Treat them right, and they will bring friend's and get their extra kick back. Plus a lot of time you will get better looking hunnies.

The prettier the girl, the more vane they are about being seen with hot women. So they will bring in their hot friends. So it's a win-win.

OMP (onemodelplace.com) is not a good place to find top models. You'd be better off with ModelMayhem (modelmayhem).

If you produce adult content, or light fetish content, then OMP will relegate you to only contacting models with Adult Performer, Erotic Nude (fetish) in their profiles. If you contact regular models just because they are hot, OMP will warn you, then revoke your mailing privies. There are some models on there who will snitch on you if you contact them for adult work or light fetish work.

MySpace is good, but it is mostly a friends network site.

Dude, if you are in Miami, just post a print ad in The New Times. It should cost less than $50, and will run for two weeks. The thing is the girls who read it do not always have Internet access. Also, once your ad is gone, you will get calls for weeks. Why? Because people keep The New Times as if it were Time magazine. That paper is just that hot.

But if you want to do it for free, then go online to www.miami.backpage.com (The New Times free site) and post your ads on multiple days.
Sit back for this one. To get top notch girls post to www.craigslist.com under TV/Film/Video. There might also be a section for casting calls on the main page, so look for that too.
