MSG is just one of many "cheap" ingredients used in processed foods.
I try to only eat natural stuff, organic if possible.
I also recommend watching what is in the chemicals you use for things like the aluminum in deodorant etc...

i've been on an "unprocessed foods" diet for about 4 years now + exercise.
flat belly, perfect health, lots of energy, clear mind, BMI 21, blood pressure 115/72, and in my late 50's.
only YOU can change your life for the better. you must consciously control what you put in your body because you cannot rely on the food industry to give you nutrition---you can only rely on the commercial food industry to make things that TASTE GOOD so you will BUY MORE of what they are selling.
