p.s. the 50.000 euro can be paid in terms aswell, e.g. 10.000 per month for 5 months. It will just be used to pay programmers, designers and advertising in Google etc.

it might help to have something a little more solid than "a few things i have in mind". if you dont have 50k to invest, i doubt you also have the money to invest in offering any kind of mapping services that arent already available for free. no one in is going to put 50k into that business plan.

The solid offer that I make, is that the domain will be developed in such way that it will become very valuable. The goal is to obtain a Google PR value of 7 or 8.

The actual services on the domain aren't important in sense of making money, as they will be offered for free.

The main concept is to invest 50.000 euro in a domain that is sellable right now for 100.000 euro which I will use for the development of a website for the domain so that the domain will become more valuable.

I am neither interested in investment nor i have 50k euro.

But first of all, 50k are way too too much for the development of that kind of website which you are talking about.

Secondly, YOU can virtually never attain PR8, don't ask me why. If you really know what PR8 is, you must know the answer as well.

And I didn't see how you are going to raise it PR? you planned to spend all money on development and adwords (google?) .. how its gonna add PR and further value to the domain name?

50,000 Euros for a domain that's worth 100,00 Euros to "develop" it for a high Google PageRank to at some point resell it for 250,000 Euros lol. Alrighty then...

If I had 50k to blow it certainly wouldn't be on forest.com and the pr scheme.
