I do not consume the following:
MSG
aspartame (dont eat candy at all)
high fructose corn syrup (cut out soda years ago)
meat
hydrogenated (partial or not) oils
MSG is just one of many "cheap" ingredients used in processed foods.
I try to only eat natural stuff, organic if possible.
I also recommend watching what is in the chemicals you use for things like the aluminum in deodorant etc...
Ive been on this kick for a couple years now and my skin and body, even my mind feels better.
