Your calculation is correct - for ONE MONTH.
The overall average a member stays on a site is 4 month (what i have been told, and what i have seen in my own stats)
That is why i said $30 - Because $30 is what i calculate as profit from ONE member.
Remember that we are all webmasters, and we have seen all the tricks before. I am pretty sure you will get your signups, because your site is great - so dont get a heartattack on this account
