      good luck your best bet is offshore but they usually want 75k a month in processing.

                              Have a look at http://www.companiesincorporated.com , select offshore corporation.

                              A good place is BVI- British Virgin Islands, as they deal in US dollars. They can incorporate for you in many places though and also can setup high risk merchant accounts.
