    No I'm not the father, but I'm still proud.

    A lot of people know that I have been raising my nieces for going on 11+ years now...I lost count...LOL

    But today was a very cool day. Megan the 19 year old is almost done with nursing school, and today she started interning with a local doctor.

    ONce she completes the internship she will be starting with them full time.

    Which is cool...she will make her own money and she can move...LOL

    One down, one more to go and she's only 13.

          Congrats. It must feel good, father or not. We have a 3 month old boy, and I have never been happier in my life. Just for his little steps that he makes. Splashing the water in his bath, burping on his own. Silly stuff makes me so proud.

                  Yeah I know what you mean....Hanna is now 13, but I've been raising them on and off since she was 1...but even before then I helped out a lot.

                  She was probably one of the happiest babies I have ever dealt with..it was just a pleasure to be around her..and we all miss those days so much.

                                                  All piss aside, you may not be the father, but what you've done helping shape the life of both those kids is commendable.

                                                  It takes alot to be a parent these days. I respect anyone's parenting skills that can raise their children to be well adjusted adults. They may not be your kids 100 percent, but there's no mistaking that you are their parent.
