After reviewing Affiliate statistics, we will automatically convert Affiliates that do not meet required conversion ratios. The required conversion ratios will be applied to each Affiliate Member for a given month. An Affiliate can be converted to a percentage payout commission basis without notification. The required conversion ratios will be defined by with our sole discretion and may be changed from time to time without notification.
