Who's to say you didnt overcharge him , he tried to work out the problem and you didn't agree so he charged it back. ( i'm not saying thats what happened , but all we have is your word , thats why they have lawyers and judges and courts and stuff.)
Granted you are well known and trustworthy, but well-known trustworthy people screw others at times too. "Charging back " isn't fraud, fruad is a charge that you must first prove.. to "chargeback" you must first prove to your cc company certain terms weren't met. ( thats where the fraud comes in )
I certainly empathize with you, but i think there is a better way to deal with people than blacklisting them through WOM
* i'm also not a program "owner" so i'm not in your shoes and you obviously see alot more of this than i do.
Even if lensman came to me with such a request i would still need a few more details.. and either a court decision or hearing from both parties anyways..
Certainly these people must be working the system well ,because the only time i tried to ever charge something back i was denied.
