    Which software protects children best??

    From anything bad on the internet that should not make it to a kids monitor??
    cybersitter?? netnanny?? something else?

    I am sure some of you guys who have kids got good experiences with such softwares already

    AOL for kids, parental settings set to high, dissable IE or other outside browser, email settings to restricted, lock chat room access.

      I've never used any but now that my kids are using the internet more I'm thinking about it.

      Generally my kids are trustworthy and only go where they're allowed, though. Either that or they know how to cover their tracks better than I think they do.
      Sleep well, and dream of large women.

          thats what every parent thinks lol

          but you don't just want to protect kids from willingly surfing to porn for example
          you wanna make sure they don't end up there by mistake

          think about expired domains, typeins, google
          ....

            Yeah right dude. Thats what my parents thought when i was 14. I was watching porn!

            In school and in my house. It was hard to watch porn in school but we found our way around stupid security shits.
