30,000 is tough milestone, I seriously doubt 40,000 is realistic for us at this point. Because we're a two-man operation, CCbill is very useful in that it handles a lot of the logistics of the affiliate program.Comment

Now just try to keep those members. I know of several SINGLE sites that have come to 30.000k and have drop'd off to around 10k in 3 months.
And thing that you don't have hardcore, b/g, IS what made the success. All other sites that are around, or more on that mark (single sites, not things like "allblablapass" type of sites). I was thinking about this today.. I signed up as a webmaster to FTVgirls in June of 2003. It was actually my 3rd ccbill program that I signed up to. I didn't end up promoting your sites very much because I moved more towards the teen niche and a lot of your galleries were more "babes".
As I look at your site now, I decided I'm going to promote it again, simply because I can tell it's a good site and will retain members well. You can tell it's a quality site IMO with good content and hot girls so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out it will retain members.
Funny thing is, I see all these big programs that use cascading billing and have every thing under the sun, but they never convert well for me. Seems like time and time again, I get my best conversions from a select few ccbill only sites.
I'm not saying that there aren't good sites out there that use cascading billing, but time and time again IMO it's normally the small single site programs that have the best sites on the net.
Anyway congrats again, for sticking to something that works quality, insted of trying to be some crap program with 50 crappy sites.In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment

Why more program owners don't make quality content a priority is beyond me. Seems most of them just want to buy the lowest quality conent that they can shove in front of a surfer and still call it porn.
I guess they don't realize that if they actually present a quality product they won't have to push nearly as much traffic.
Just look at most of the big programs, they buy from the same mass produced content providers as the others so they all end up with similar looking half-baked content where the girls look like they can't wait to get paid while the camera man struggles to hold the camera steady.
Congrats to Rob for building something really special in a sea of total crap websites.

Sorry for getting in here so late. I was moving all day yesterday into a new house. Got online this morning. Is 40k possible? Sure and the only reason I say this is because I never thought 10k, 20k, or 30k was possible. This keeps growing and growing. This would not be possible without out EVERY affiliate that stays onboard sending joins and all the new ones that are signing up daily. Thank you for everything!

Programs cannot do what FTVGirls has done. Read Rob's original post - he eats, sleeps and breathes that site, he talks about attention to detail. You can't hire people to do that for you. All the great porn sites on the Net are produced in-house and that includes the reality stuff, the glamour stuff, hardcore, solo girl, fetish.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting.
