    Just saw the Lord of War....

    And it was awesome. I'm not a big Nicholas Cage fan, but he did really well in this movie. It had an awesome story line and balanced comedy and action very well.

    Kind of sad the movie is based on real events, but I know you have to take that with a grain of salt these days.

    Anyone else seen it yet?

          I would suggest going to see it in the theatre for sure. It will be worth it.

                                      the movie was great. I recommend it. enlightening to say the least.

                                      >> goto the movie's website for some cool info about it AFTER you see the movie. it'll probably give too much away if you tear apart the site before you see it.

                                                      We planned to go watch it last night--got detoured with some major partying instead. Glad to hear it is good-will definitely go see it. I can't wait to see the new movie coming out with AL Pacino, Matthew McConaughey, and Renee Russo--forgot the name of it, but it looks DAMN GOOD!!

                                                                                      Good movie, I liked it. Take "based on real events" lightly. Beyond the military and political events in the background take the rest with a grain of salt.

                                                                                                  Cage plays very well, scenery is great and message powerfull....
