That was a picture taken by Carol Corileti in the mid 80?s to show her disdain with the Reagan Administration concerning the Iran-Contra affair. The Man in the photo (Jing Yutang) represents Iran. The bear (played by a young Lark Voorhies) represents the Reagan Administration. If you look closely you can see the bear holding a pack of cigarettes. The cigarettes represent the money obtained when the US sold arms to Iran. Finally, you can see that the bear is about to pass the cigarettes to the woman (Turo Nagaki). The woman obviously represents the Contras, as she is about to happily accept the tainted cigarettes from the bear.
