so many things to look at to determine value of the site..
the domain name, text or thumb, the niche, where the traffic coming from, the trades you have, the design, scripts, how long it been around, the amount of money it made latly, and on and on.Comment

ahh, I meant its worth about $1k if thats 20k uniques, without skimming to trades. With good prod that would be close to 50k clicks which is worth a couple sales a day.
