I bought from (Don't have screen caps so I won't name) a log time ago and only got 60% of what I paid for and it was all garbage traffic... Other then that I haven't bought any from anywhere alse..

Though I am about to sample some from www.JoesTraffic.com and I have a good feeling about it..
