I worked for a software company for 6 years...my boss didn't have a clue, wasn't professional at all...made bad decisions constantly until he finally brought the company down.

The best was when he would shit himself and blame it on rust stains from carpets while "changing a tire"...lol.
ok I dont think that is what I would call lack of professionalisn, i think I would call thet lack of.... er.... something else.... NASTY! LOL
