I'm tired of watching movies on my monitor and want to watch it instead on my big TV. What devices do I need to buy make it happen. I prefer if it's wireless.

Any of my ATI cards that have had NTSC output usually don't display video files out to the TV unless you turn video acceleration off, which you don't want to do.
Personally, I have my modded xbox networked to my PC so I just fire up windows media center on the xbox and I can browse all the media on my PC hard drive, (pics, MP3's, video, etc.)Comment

I've got the linksys media center thing, and it's pretty nice. You just run a little server app on your windows box and tell it what directories to share.
Saves a lot on not having to burn tons of discs.

I bought a S-Video to A/V cable, tried to connect it in my video card but couldn't see any image on the TV. I spent a few long minutes doing this and reading the video card manual, then I put the cable away and forgot about it.
