It's called menocheckshitjustblameyou-jitis.
Symptoms of the disease are:
* Refusing to simply try the shit themselves so they can see the problem
* Not hearing the problem and repeating shit that doesn't solve the problem over and over again.
* Denying that a problem exist until 5 years later a new staff is hired and the problem is "discovered" and fixed in 30 seconds or less.
* Falsely believing that the customer is a dumb as they are about the issue.
