do they do this to alot of people in hopes they think it is just part of the fee??

The reason you see this with your account is because last year at this time you contacted me with a problem with the Electron card you had, we made an exception for you so you could get a replacement card without the card in your possession were canceled meaning you had 2 working cards on your account, something thats normally not possible.
That is the reason for the fee being deducted at strange times and the problems this is causing is why we wouldn't/can't do it again.
I will look into getting your fee credited back.

And you have me on ICQ if you have any further questions about this.

yes i had a problem with a card WEARING OUT LAST YEAR ... meaning the card quality was poor and the name / numbers rubbed off before the years end

and i was sent TWO new cards because someone in your company did NOT stop them from sending me the new one that was due to be sent out two months later
that is why i had TWO Cards ... nothing of it was MY FAULT you guys didnt stop it from sending me another card

i've already went thru shaliza to get this taken care of as she took care of it last time for me in less than 2 hours
