"night terrors" are very seldomly remembered after waking up... for the most part, night terrors aren't even dreams... just an overwhelming feeling of fear.

sometimes i think that the legal drugs are more scary than illegal ones.
when i was taking valium to go to sleep years ago, i had incredibly vivid nightmares. i am positive that any number of those scrips that you are on will cause such things. anything ending in "pan" "an" or "on" is what i'd look at first in the blame chain of command.Comment

Are you getting off of any of your medicines or trying something new by any chance??
my dr gave me temazepam / restoril once.. the night I took them I had the worst dreams in my life... and I woke up Deeprub by whacking him in the head....
Dont take the exact same meds tonight as you did last night.. change 1 of them around until you figure out which one is causing the bad dreams...

I Get them when ever I take valium or any sleeping pill.
as long as I smoke pot as a sleeping aid instead of pills, I do not dream or don't remember them.
Much better this way, not as freaked out in the morning.
