KBR is based in Houston, they would be the ones who could get there the quickest and are one of the few companies that can do it. KBR has worked with the goverment for freaking ever and always performed. If you know they can do the job and do it well, why waste the time trying to find someone who may or may not be cheaper, and might not get the job done right. Its customer loyalty, im sure you do it yourself.Comment

It's always nice to see some real compassion showing from cruise lines and great they get deals for just $15K/cabin - my heart bleeds for em.
