Can someone explain to me... CCBill Question..

Can someone please try to explain my CCBillstats to me. Screenshot below:

Correct me if I am wrong, but is the subnet amount ($180.87) the amount that will be paid to me?
So because I am not setup to be paid out before $250 that amount is still held..
What is this reconcile total ($1,320.67)? It says in the help that this amount is held by CCbill... Until when? What exactly is this money? Is it mine or thiers..

Sorry for sounding dumb but I just don't get it. Is there anyway to tell exactly how much I will ba paid and when?

I know one of the questions, they do hold 5% or something like that just in case for chargebacks, customer service issues, and whathavenot. They start releasing the monies after 6 months at the rate it was held, but it is a revolving door that doesnt stop to continue the protection. I have always gotten my $$$$.

      Hello nexcom28,

The subnet amount is the money that you have earned, what is actually in the account. The reconcile total is the amount of reconciles added together. ie. if one week you make $50 and the next you make $60 these are rolled over to the next week until your minimum payout is reached, then these will be added together to make up the reconcile total. The net rollover, same as the subnet amount, is the amount of money that is owed to you.

The best way to tell exactly how much you will be paid to you is by looking at the check amounts report. However you know you will not be paid until the subnet amount is higher then your minimum payout.

And Rebecca, just so you know, the holdback is for CCBill clients we do not hold that on Affiliate funds.

Hit me up if you have any further questions.

No problem nikki! And lot of times it is easier if you break it down by Date so you can see the numbers and how they are added together. I'm terrible at math, but once I break it down I can see it.

you still didn't explain to him what the Reconcile column is - what money that represents and how it is calculated.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

And also can somebody from CCbill explain why their mailboy can't put the checks in the mail ON TIME? It's late at least 75% of the time now and I'm SICK of it.

Odd I get all of mine the same day each week. Used to be Wed. Now it is typically Thur. unless there was a holiday.

Thanks for this, I still don't understand why it shows over $1000 in that column. I'm guessing that it's all the money I've earnt for the sponsers.

                      Sorry guys,

I tried but it's a bit hard to explain. The reconcile amount is the amount that is rolled over to the next week because of failure to meet the minimum payout. For example; if you have a minimum payout amount of $100 but you only make $10 a week every week there will be a rollover amount of $10 the first week, then $20 dollars the next and so on. So if you break it down by date you will see the reconciles during each week but if you don't break it down then you will see all of the weeks reconciles added together. Hope this helps, and please feel free to hit me up if you are still unsure about any of it.

hey Paul, for affiliates... not client.. when the subnet for a check is less then what you actually make that week. Where is that money going? I.e Say I make $350 on payweek, the check is usually subnetted for $335 then transaction costs etc and I get it for 334.40. Someone told me that $15 is paying for half the clients fees?

That's because they're not mailing their checks on Monday on time anymore. Mine used to be Thursday like clockwork back in 2001...Now in 2005 it went from 50% late to 75% late...It's approaching 90% at the current pace...

Now I'm getting my shit on Saturday and sometimes the following MONDAY! There's no way in hell the checks could be THAT late most of the time unless somebody is dropping the ball. I still think it's the mailboy....Cause I used to be one and I was a lazy fuck myself who would hide outgoing mail in a cabinet until I got around to mailing it the next day.

AZNNC, That could be and it really depends on the way the sponsor has it setup, if they are splitting the processing fees or not. There is also the transfer cost that is taken out (postage or wire transfer fee).
