The reason why I think this isn't 'fake' is because I had heard a similar story awhile ago - I'm not sure if it's the same person or whatever happened to that person.

Also - local government accusing you of having 'questionable' material doesn't mean it equals to US/2257. It's not only the US that can question your content. The record keeping is what may be different in your country, but most have similar 'legal age' laws in their country (or close to it) and depending on the circumstances, they can ask you for proof of the person's age.
