My friend dislocated his shoulder again today for the 15th time. He didn't want to tell me, because I'd worry. How bad does this hurt????? He says it doesn't hurt...I don't believe him! Anyone had this happen before? How painful was it?

i've done it many times. the first few times you do it, it is some of the worst pain you will ever experience. once you do it a 4th, 5th etc... it doesn't hurt as much.Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war. -

Me, and I had an operation to fix it in Bangkok, Thailand, the operation is well worth it.
Few months of re-hab after and all good, i have a big scar, but that is nothing compaired to when it used to drop out every 10 mins...that was not nice.

My right shoulder is horrible. It doesn't dislocate all the way... it defluxes? I think that's the word the Dr. used...
I'll be laying in bed with my hands above my head watching tv.. and it will just slip out and get caught in joint.. so i can't move it.
It's not quite as bad as completely dislocating it i don't think =) But it still hurts like hell and happens all the time. I feel sorry for your friend.Comment
