The links codes generating area has lots of options would be nice to have pages listing all their codes and type of program vs having to make them on the fly.

We have that. For example, select to view all the galleries from 'Shocking
Parties'
Scroll down to below the table and it will give you the option to download the links in a CSV.

yeah, I looked at the first url for 404 and then clicked on a free trial link, checked out the tour then clicked through to the join page... no FREE trial. wtf?

Not the first program to do that, I don't see that page converting 404 too well IMHO

What gives? I even tried a different site again clicking the free trial links. Same deal, no FREE trials on join page.

Yes, the minimum for international webmasters is $200.
If you login @ http://www.adultplayersclub.com you will see a table containing the top-converting tours for the period.
