I'm over here by Houston closer to the coast and it's a fucking nightmare. The traffic is insane I mean even out on the backroads and rural highways. I cant' find any D batteries ANYWHERE, the gas pumps are shutting down, and it's insane. The only prob is I didn't anticipate this and spent all of my bill money already and my next affiliate income isn't coming until the 1st.

In other words, I'm like some of the people in Katrina, can't really AFFORD to go!

By the way, if you're going to Austin, KEEP GOING PAST. The news said hotels are booked solid from here clear to Austin. You are going to have to keep on going to find anywhere to stay. San Antonio, New Braunfels, and that area would be an ideal destination if you have a credit card or cash be prepared to lay it out and pay double prices for hotel rooms.
