yes.. from what i understand you can have a full site of copyright material as long as you dont repeatedly ignore dmca notices to remove individual pieces , you are fine.. ( but i am in now way a ccbill rep , just passing along my take on it )hatisblack at yahoo.comComment

Thanks Smokey...
I think I am actually gonna exchange it for something else just to be safe.. They shoulda known better then to have it even playing in the background!Comment

btw this is also google's opinion as well in regards to the viacom lawsuit recently between viacom vs youtube/google
their position is as long as you follow dmca notices you are compliant irregardless of the fact they have copright material on their website they dont hold copyrights to.
Its kind of a tricky situation..
if google loses i see this as an end to user uploaded content that isnt hand reviewed, if google wins i see this as the end to all copyriht material rights to this pointhatisblack at yahoo.comComment

Yeah... it will be interresting to see how this one goes... I think google made a big mistake buying youtube... They shoulda left it be and consintrated on making the service they had better...
One of the mags I got yesterday, Fast Company said Wikipedia is about to get in the search business and called them Googles worst nightmare... It will be interresting to see how that play out alsoComment

i shoot pov and i don't use any music - but you can hear radio in the background of some clips - and if anyone cares i'll be very surprised ... and i'll be in amsterdam drinking grolsch...i don't really like porn with music anyways - it reminds me of elevators and shopping centres - try trading it for stuff with ragged breathing and an orgasm...but i really don't think you should lose any sleep on thisComment
