Guinness, usually; but, if I'm in the mood for something different, it's Sierra Nevada. Since darker beers are allegedly more healthy, I try to consume as much as I can. Same for red wines, like merlot!

Usually the stuff from local breweries here is good. (I live in Germany... go figure.) I like light beers if I'm gonna be drinking a lot of them (doesn't happen very often because I don't drink frequently and when I do it's usually straight up liquor) and dark Hefeweizen if I'm only having a few throughout the night.
I'll be in Munich for Oktoberfest next weekend sampling some good Bavarian beers out of big-ass mugs. That's always fun.
I also like Corona with a lime or Beck's if I'm at a club, but I wouldn't really consider those true beers.

freshly brewed, call it "homemade" if you wish, after trying some of that beer i hardly get a kick out of canned/bottled stuff, and drafts in bars sometimes even worse than bottled beer here around NYC. I stick with imports most of the time when I'm in the states.Comment
