I believe this should not be considered as exit. you don't really exit the site. just by clicking you end up seeing another linking code...
and one another thing...
cookie never works with any bangbros site, like it works with any other sponsor.
if the sale doesn't happen right after the link is pressed, you lose the sale.
because their dislaimer page for type-ins has linking code itself
